The G by GUESS adair low bootcut jeans showcase a fine example of being trendy thanks to the extra embellishments and alluring dark wash color. I tried these on and found them very fitting which sealed the deal.

These men's jeans feature low rise, bootcut styling and regular fit. 3D whiskers and crunching detail across the lap are added to give them more character. As usual, there are four pockets: two front and two back. The front right pocket includes a coin pocket which is more for looks than anything else. The two back pockets feature button flaps and embroidery detail in GREAT STYLE! Better get used to button up your jeans though because this pair here uses a button fly.

I love jeans. They are comfortable, they fit well, and they look good. But I've wondered why the majority of jeans are always centered around blue - all kinds of blues. It's a great color for sure but having a bit of color variety wouldn't hurt. So when I saw this G by GUESS bristol low bootcut jeans at a G by guess store, I was surprised to find a pair of jeans that's not blue but grey, or charcoal as perceived by some. It's such a unique color that I just had to add it to my collection. This way I don't have to wear blue jeans all the time.

Certainly the dark grey or charcoal color is the most unique aspect these jeans have to offer, but there are some other features that are worth pointing out as well. First of all, these are low rise boot cut jeans which I prefer over the regular boot cut ones. I made a comparison between the two and gave my thoughts on both which you can find on my blog. The bottom line is that the low rise bootcut jeans have narrower thighs and therefore they fit better, plus they look fashionable because they appear lower on your waist than regular jeans. Back to these jeans, there are four pockets in total: two front and two rear. The back pockets have trapunto stitching and one of them is further decorated with pyramid stud detail, thus making the pocket really stand out.

One big misconception is that most guys think grey jeans are harder to match with than blue jeans, but I've come to find that MANY colors go well with dark grey jeans, including white, black, grey, pink, light blue, yellow, red. Experiment and you'll see what I am saying.

Although overall I am satisfied with the purchase, there is one pet peeves I have to share. It is the fact that these jeans have a button fly instead of the usual zipper fly. I am sure most men are like me and prefer zipper flies just because they are much more convenient to use. I just don't see any merit in button flies.

First of all I'd like to say American Eagle Outfitters really impresses me with their high quality jeans. Not only do they have almost every conceivable size of jeans they have a wide selection of jean styles! This pair of jeans is actually low rise boot cut, which falls under boot cut jeans. Low rise boot cut jeans have wider bottoms just like regular boot cut ones but they also are lower waist and generally tighter thighs. These characteristics actually make them look more stylish and fitting In my experience not every jeans store sell low rise boot style. Among the ones that do American Eagle Outfitters is among the best!

One thing I like about this pair of jeans is that it has modest wash on the front thighs and that's it. Some jeans have CRAZY wash on the front and even on the back as well and I am just not a big fan of it. They make your jeans look weird and take away people's attention from your stylish features like thin legs and thin waist. If your nice body build is accentuated by the jeans you should have people focus on it right?

This is a classic dark blue pair of jeans and naturally go with any cold colored tops such as a dark blue sweater. It also goes well with neutral colored tops such as a white shirt and a black t-shirt. You can tighten it up with a brown, black, or white belt.

I love boot cut jeans because they fit great on me and look better on me than other types of jeans such as straight or skinny styles. Either regular or low rise boot cut jeans work although I slightly prefer low rise boot cut ones. If you've always been wearing non boot cut jeans I HIGHLY recommend a pair of boot cut jeans!

It has modest wash on the front thighs which is to my liking. One thing interesting about its back is right between the two back pockets there's a part that's worn and shaped like a cross. I don't really think too much of it and but I don't hate it at all. This pair of jeans is what someone would call "entry jeans" but it's more than enough for me.

I actually picked it up at Target. Not only is this pair of jeans in style it is incredibly durable and hardy. I've worn it and washed it countless times and it barely showed any sign of wear.

Some would argue jeans are the most important outerwear for men but I disagree. I think if I had to choose I'd go with more fashionable tops than bottoms because people's attention is generally on one's tops than bottoms. Also even though jeans have designs their colors are mostly "standardized". They may have different and unique washes but what you wear at the top still trumps what you wear at the bottom.
