This blue short sleeve t-shirt here from Anchor Blue reminds me of summer, ocean, beach, surfing... stuff that brightens your day so to speak. When I first tried it on and looked at myself in the mirror, I somehow felt slightly more energetic about my new appearance. Colors such as this is a big driving force behind my change as I started to improve my fashion sense by trying out more and more colorful clothes and even giving some of them a chance, which I never would have been willing to do before. I took an immediate liking to this ocean blue color and bought it right away.

Besides the vivid blue, there are about a dozen white stripes that cover the bottom half of the shirt, but only in the front. It creates this illusion of blue gradation even though in reality there is only one blue color in the entire T-shirt. The stripes also resemble waves if you see this shirt from afar. This part is clearly the main focus of the shirt and I find its simple and clever design very pleasing.

A great way to showcase this shirt is to complement it with another long sleeve t-shirt underneath. It can be of a variety of colors, but I find lighter colors such as white or gray work out well in keeping with the relaxing and tranquil tone of this blue shirt. This is a rare case where color contrast between black and light blue doesn't hold the same effect in my opinion so I would avoid dark colored inner shirts. If you so desire, you can wear yet another long sleeve t-shirt underneath to create layers. Decide whether you want to roll up the sleeves or not. Overall, this blue shirt is an excellent choice for beach goers as it fits the mood perfectly.

Anchor Blue was a new store to me. One day I thought I'd give it a try and see what clothes it has. It turns out their clothes are tailored for young men, but I am young so I am eligible to shop there I saw this men's grey striped long sleeve T-shirt on a mannequin and I like it because of the stripes it has on the T-shirt. Plus it's crew neck which is more to my style than the V-neck counterpart.
