So I wanted to get a pendant that has a very different design from my eagle ones. I went online and came across this gem on Amazon. The sterling silver men's Star of David pendant is both beautifully made and affordable so it's perfect for my wardrobe. My immediate impression upon receiving it was that it has a nice weight to it and the pendant shines with a brightly polished finish. I knew right away that it is a worthy pendant that will see its fair share of use in the years to come.

The pendant has a smooth shape of two interlocking triangles forming a six-point star. The necklace is made of a 24" rhodium-plated stainless steel curb chain and fastened with a spring ring clasp. Connecting the pendant to the chain is a tapered single bail that can sometimes get caught on the chain, making the pendant hang awkwardly but it's easy to adjust back to its place. The back of the pendant shows a nice authentication engraving of it being crafted from sterling silver.

Overall I took a great liking to the pendant with its elegant design and just-right proportions. If there was a complaint, it would be the chain. It is not very comfortable when worn, and then there is the aforementioned problem with the bail getting stuck on it. Still, the pendant is what's in the spotlight here so the chain can always be replaced later. The necklace is silver and shiny so it's perfect to be worn over dark colored clothing. Every man pursuing fashion needs a dependable necklace and this one is a great start.

I wasn't into men's accessories in the past let alone pendant, but ever since I got the eagle wing pendant I've been wearing it almost every time I go out. My prejudice against necklaces completely vanished as I started searching for another one that's similarly styled to add some variety. This G by GUESS silver eagle pendant is a GREAT find simply because it not only retains that fierce and manly look of an eagle but is distinct from the eagle wing pendant. And it has so many pendants - eagle, eagle feathers - for one low price! What a bargain!

As you can see from the picture the pendant is broken into two parts: a golden eagle at the bottom of the necklace and 3 silver eagle feathers which are movable as a whole, thus acting sort of as the center piece of the pendant. You can potentially make the location of the 3 feathers permanent with some basic jewelry making techniques, but I don't find it necessary. The eagle itself is worth the money. I could take it off the pendant and put it on another accessory to create more variety of use. Also the eagle is gold color and the feathers are silver color, so you could detach them and attach them respectively to other jewelry items of similar color if you want.

If you find the design of this pendant too complicated you can detach the feathers or the eagle, making this a very customizable piece of jewelry and accessory. If you want a necklace that is similar in style but simpler in design you can check out my other post on the bronze eagle wing pendant. I'd say these two pendants complement each other well. If I want a modest look I'd wear the eagle wing necklace; if I am wearing a simple t-shirt or sweater I can wear this silver eagle feather necklace to spice up the outfit.

One of this pendant's features is its asymmetric aspect which portrays an eagle swooping down after the feathers, making it unique amongst the conventional jewelry pendants. Another cool thing that sets it apart from other ones is that you can wear this necklace at your waist like a pocket watch by running the links through the belt loops and secure them any way you like. This generally works best when you have a large pendant like this one. It turns into an entirely different style, yet fashionable all the same.

I saw this bronze eagle wing pendant at a G by Guess store and did not think much of it. In all fairness I just wasn't a big fan of necklaces because I thought they were a bit feminine. I was walking around and a moment later after I came back to the same spot and saw the necklace again I was drawn to it by its simple yet elegant design. Just by looking at it I felt it would go with almost ANYTHING I wear. And because it's simple it is less feminine and looks unisex.

This G by Guess necklace is made of bronze and it has a very simple design: an eagle wing going through bronze links and that's it. It feels solid and firm. That's all I need. Very often a simple accessory can add much more to your outfit than a sophisticated one.

You usually wear this bronze pendant outside a t-shirt, short or long sleeve does not matter, but you rarely wear it outside a shirt. It looks a little awkward on a shirt. However if you wear both a t-shirt and a shirt, then you can wear the pendant on the t-shirt but under the shirt, and leave some of the top buttons open. This particular accessory looks good with almost EVERY color imaginable, including black, orange, pink, white.

One thing bad about it is that it was too long and I had to run a small wire in the link to make it shorter, but it all depends on the person's preference. Some prefer to wear it the long way and others prefer to wear it the short way. In my opinion wearing it short matches almost any t-shirt, and it makes you look appealing. Wearing it long gives you more style but you need to know whether the style fits you. Later I bought another pendant that's a lot longer but it looks great with a particular outfit. I'll share it with you in another post.
